For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Policy
Since lingerie and underwear are intimate items that cannot be resold, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
If an item has a quality issue, we can provide a replacement at no additional product cost. In most cases, the customer is responsible for a $10 shipping fee, including packaging costs.
Special circumstances may be reviewed individually. A return, exchange or refund may be approved at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Preparing the Package
If your return is approved by customer service, place the item in its original packaging and protect it with an outer package before shipping.
